DEEP MEDITATION

It is estimated today in the western world that over 20 million people practice Meditation on a daily basis.  Meditating 15 to 25 minutes a day will bring you unlimited spiritual and physical benefits. You may find your blood pressure lowering and nervous tensions being release.  You can sleep better while feeling calm and relaxed throughout the day.  Your brain also by creating new pathways; that leads to enhanced creativity, attention spam, and the ability to focus.  You may also find your intuition increasing as well.

The western world and modern science has still not been able to unravel the mystery of the spiritual benefits of Meditation. Perhaps reality is being influenced on a quantum level which has been shown to have a form of consciousness which one can interface with their own thoughts, sounds, and vibrations.

The brain is an electrochemical organ that uses electromagnetic energy to function.  Brainwaves range from high amplitude, low frequency of Delta to the low amplitude, and high frequency of Beta.  During Meditation, brainwaves alter.  There are four different brainwaves: Beta is the state where you are awake, alert, and normal.  Alpha is the state of meditation that you reach first you are relaxed, calm, lucid, and not thinking.  Delta state is deep dreamless sleep. But Theta is what is called “Deep Meditation” which allows you to feel deeply relaxed with increase mental energy. If you ever had a day dream then you have been in a theta state of mind.  The theta or deep meditation is where the biggest alteration of brainwaves occurs.  In the theta state, your ability to feel the love of God in your life becomes very real.  Your health benefits magnify and manifestation begins.

Does this mean that only Deep Meditation helps?  No, deep Meditation is the most beneficial form of meditating but any form of meditation is valid even if in the beginning you fall sleep in the middle of it. You can even listen to hypnosis tracts or subliminal recordings while you sleep and find that it can bring you changes as well.  Please understand that all meditation brings benefits spiritual and physical from the moment you commence meditating.

What it is true, is once you have created the habit of meditating; your highest goal is to learn deep meditation.  “In 2010,
