How Meditation is Helpful in Losing Weight & Treating Heart Diseases
Written by James Rink
Ninety percent of all obese people are overweight due to inactivity. The other ten percent may be suffering from serious health problems such liver toxicity from GMO foods, underactive thyroid, and chronic fatigue syndrome; but generally speaking a lack energy and motivation to change often leads to an obese lifestyle.
However, there may be a deeper underlying health issue; many obese people add weight to their bodies as a form of body armor. Due to trauma in the past, excess weight is added to the body to buffer unconscious pain. This pain can even express itself as a broken heart and translate into heart disease.
To get to the deep core issues at hand, one must talk to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind acts as the storage room of everything that is currently not in your conscious mind. Once the information is in your subconscious you can act on it as if it’s on autopilot. The subconscious mind is also responsible for the automatically triggered feelings and emotions that you suddenly experience upon facing a new situation. For example if you were about to give a group presentation or if you decided to start exercising regularly or eating healthier then fear and procrastination behaviors might express themselves through your subconscious mind. The good news is meditation would provide an easy way to reprogram our subconscious mind. Then we can alter our emotional body, perceived personality flaws, and even behaviors such as obesity.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is the transformation of the psyche by connecting with creator source during a state of deep trance. There are many various meditation techniques which can help the subconscious develop concentration and focus, enhance clarity of mind, impart emotional positivity, and enable meditators to experience inner peace and tranquility. The goal of all relaxation meditation techniques is to release stress. This could be done through Mindfulness meditation which is a technique in which you clear your mind during meditation. You could also try reciting repetitive meditation mantras such as “Om mane padme hum” which is believed to contain a vibrational power that can lift one into a higher spiritual state. Additionally radionics machines, Neologicaltech meditation tools, and Grabovoi numbers can help you change your vibrational frequency to shift into these higher spiritual states and may even promote miraculous recoveries such as the regeneration of the body’s organs.
Meditation Benefits to Treat Heart Disease
The ancient Egyptians believed the heart or Ib contained the soul and was the seat of all emotion, thought, will, and intention. They believed following one’s heart meant living a full life. Stress, on the other hand, would cause the heart to tire and lead to death. Studies have even show that stress increases blood pressure, distorts the shape of blood platelets, and results in free radical damage to the DNA. According to the American Heart Association journal Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes; meditation can even reduce heart disease and stroke by 48%, something everyone over the age of 50 should consider doing.
Meditation Benefits to Lose weight
According to Adam Perlman, MD, executive director of Duke Integrative Medicine, “People often put on weight from trying to comfort themselves with food.” Although there’s not a lot of research showing that meditation directly helps you lose weight, meditation helps you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food such as binge eating and emotional eating. So what are you waiting for? Start meditating and empower yourself with new healthy lifestyle choices.
