The secret of physical immortality is one of the deepest occult secrets of the Light forces that has never been revealed to anybody who has not reached a certain vibrational frequency, a certain inner purity and a certain degree of dedication to the Light.

Ninety percent of all obese people are overweight due to inactivity. The other ten percent may be suffering from serious health problems such liver toxicity from GMO foods, underactive thyroid, and chronic fatigue syndrome; but generally speaking a lack energy and motivation to change often leads to an obese lifestyle.

However, there may be a deeper underlying health issue; many obese people add weight to their bodies as a form of body armor. Due to trauma in the past, excess weight is added to the body to buffer unconscious pain. This pain can even express itself as a broken heart and translate into heart disease.

To get to the deep core issues at hand, one must talk to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind acts as the storage room of everything that is currently not in your conscious mind. It is common knowledge that aging deteriorates the brain resulting in cognitive impairments. You may be surprised to learn that this process begins in your late 20s with the reduction of HGH and loss of chromosomal data on the telomeres of your DNA. But before you panic, a new study suggests meditation has the potential to slow down this deterioration. This can be as simple as closing your eyes, clearing your mind and relaxing a minimum of 11 minutes a day or it could be a lengthy Guided Meditation involving Grabovoi numbers for example, which it has been alleged to reverse aging.

Since the 1960s prestigious colleges and universes in the west have been conducting studies that illustrate the benefits of meditation. You might have expected that meditation causes small or distinct localized effects within some regions of the brain. However, brain scans have shown meditation results in widespread effects noticed at many regions throughout the entire brain.

One study from UCLA sheds light that individuals who have meditated for many years have more enhanced cognitive abilities than non-meditators due to aging. On average, meditators who have been meditating from 20 years or more had more grey matter volume, responsible for information processing in the brain and less white matter which simply channels the information around; as compared to non-meditators or young meditators. However, signs of volume loss occurred for all individuals. In other words, according to this study, meditation won’t stop aging, only slow it down.

So why meditate? To preserve your brains grey matter and to relieve anxiety and depression, improve attention, concentration, and enhance overall psychological well-being; additionally meditation can reduce ego states activity in the brain.

A study carried out at Yale University has shown mindfulness meditation decreasing activity in the default mode network (DMN), a part of the brain network which is actually responsible for self-referential thoughts, known as the “monkey mind.” The DMN activates when you are not thinking about anything in particular, when our minds are just wandering from one thought to another. Usually, mind-wandering is aligned with being less happy, ruminating and worrying about the future. Mindfulness meditation has a quieting effect on the DMN. So if you find your mind wandering to negative thoughts, meditation will allow you to snap out of this negativity and bestow a reprieve from the nomadic nature of your mind.

The main goal of meditation is relaxation and bringing the mind into balance. Meditation is an effective way for everyone to relieve stress, find inner peace, and promote good health. You can choose between a guided and non-guided meditation. Broadly speaking, guided meditation can help you meditate by listening to instructions from a speaker or teacher. These can be in the form of a mantra, chant, guided imagery, and or rhythmic music such as binaural beats.

Meditation Mantras

A mantra is a chanted word or phrase or a symbol visualized in the mind which is repeated over and over during meditation. The word mantra has two parts: man, which is the root of the Sanskrit word for mind; and tra, which is the root of the word instrument. A mantra is therefore an instrument of the mind, a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to silence the mind and enter a deep state of meditation.

Meditation Guided Imagery

Guided imagery meditation is a gentle but powerful technique that focuses and directs the imagination in positive ways using multiple layers of complex, encoded messages by way of simple symbols and metaphors. What does this video/audio do?

The isochronic tones beat at a rate of between of 12-15Hz, throughout the video. When referring to brainwave activity, the 12 to 15Hz range is known as SMR (Sensorimotor Rhythm). WHY? Your brain is made up of around 75% water, so it needs plenty of water to function well. When you stimulate your brain in this way, you’re increasing electrical activity and blood flow in the brain and giving your brain a bit of a workout, so it can be a good idea to drink before listening, so that your brain can fire on all cylinders.

It is not recommended to listen to this while driving or operating machinery.

WHY? Brainwave entrainment involves a process of stimulating your brainwaves and changing your mental state. While this is safe to do and use in normal situations, it can sometimes zone you out during the track, as you focus in on the sound of the tones. This could result in you being distracted temporarily, which is not a good thing while you’re driving or operating machinery.

Some people also experience tingling and other sensations from the stimulation. While that might feel quite nice sitting in a comfortable chair at home, it could cause you to be distracted while driving and result in an accident.

It is not recommended to listen to this while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any mind altering substance.

WHY? When your brain is under the influence of drugs or alcohol it’s not operating to it’s full capacity, and you react differently to stimulation and situations, compared to when you are sober. So as a precaution and because I don’t know how you will react in that situation, I recommend you do not use it in that situation.
