Thanks to modern day commercialism and perceived obsolesce propagated into our minds the world has become a place of materialism and self-indulgence.

Jesus said “The kingdom of god is within.” Through meditation and prayer we can find balance in our lives by seeking inner peace and tranquility as well as a sense of contentment that meditation can bring. This blessing in disguise can help restore your physical, psychological, or emotional aliments including normalizing your blood pressure, lowered risk of stroke, lower cortisol stress hormones, lowered risk of heart attack, and mood stabilization.

Other benefits of meditation:

Apart from these benefits, you may feel an increased level of energy resulting in higher work productivity. You may also notice decisions in life are easier to make due to better concentration and focus. This is because meditation reduces the noise in the brain areas involved in emotion and decision making. Studies done by MIT in conjunction with U.S. marines have found meditation reduces the risk of the onset of PTSD while in combat as well as less emotional reactivity and increased concentration. So just like physical exercise can train the body to build stamina and strength, meditation can train the mind to stay focus and on task under pressure.

Transcendental Meditation:

One of the most popular meditation techniques available today is Transcendental Meditation, this non-religious practice involves sitting comfortably for about twenty minutes twice a day, repeating a silent mantra, symbol, or nonverbal sound, to reach a deep state of relaxation.

All you need to do is repeat a word, symbol, or phrase in your mind over and over to relax your body. For best result this exercise should be done in a noise free and quiet location such as in your bedroom first thing in the morning or last thing at night before going to bed.

Christian Meditation:

The bible tells us to abide in Christ. Christian meditation is simply waiting for his presence, just like the child who sits in his mother or father’s lap to be comforted. Find a quiet location and allow your mind to wander. You may want to repeat a phrase like “the Lord is my Shepherd,” “I walk by faith,” “The joy of the Lord is my strength”, “I cast my cares upon the Lord,” “Peace be Still,” or “Come Lord Jesus.”  This will help you quiet your mind, tame your emotions, awaken your spirit, and subdue your fleshy nature.

Another technique would be a guided meditation usually done with a CD or Cassette. These are good for beginners who are learning scripture as well as structure during their sessions. They usually begin with a relaxation exercise followed by biblical stories covering various topics including controlling anger, releasing trauma, healing, and attracting love.

So what is does it mean to be healthy? To attain a perfect state of health, one has to remain mentally calm, steady, and emotionally stable. The best way to do this is to bring more life force or chi energy into your body. Chi energy is consciousness energy it flows all throughout nature and it represents the very breath of god. It helps you feel more alert, energetic, and full of good humor. A lack of chi results in fatigue, depression, and decreased motivation.

There are numerous ways to bring chi energy into your body including; yoga, reiki, breathing exercises, sun gazing, and praying over your food, and of course meditation.

Meditation itself is easy to do and doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as clearing your mind and not thinking about anything for about 20 minutes a day. This is called mindfulness meditation. This meditation technique is probably not the best choice for those new to meditation simply because it is very difficult to do.  For example try to clear your mind for the next 20 seconds. Don’t think of anything, go ahead and try it…… Now try that for 20 minutes.

But there are many other meditation methods that are much easier to do such as Transcendental Meditation which involves repeating a mantra or symbol image in your mind to help clear your thoughts.  If you find your mind wandering simply repeat the mantra to bring it back on track.

There are also guided meditations. These usually are prerecorded and played back on a cd or cassette. They may involve relaxation exercises and guided imagery into different places and times. Content varies as much as your imagination, from boosting your sex drive to activating your DNA. These exercises are great for beginners as it teaches proper breathing techniques, posture, and how to relax in general.

Meditation Techniques for Beginners:

The key to deep relaxation is reaching a level of your mind that is between alpha and theta brainwaves as measured on an EEG (electroencephalography). This state of mind feels like a daydream. During guided meditations it’s hard to reach this level of mind as you’re constantly being distracted or “guided” along. So the best meditation technique for beginners would be a mix of guided imagery to help you reach a deep level of relaxation, which would then switch into quiet or calm music to help you reach the theta brainwave.

Studies have shown a minimum of 11 minutes of meditation per day is the minimum time needed to achieve full benefits. But even if you don’t have 11 minutes a day, start out with 5 minutes and slowly work your way up. Find a place that is quiet and without distractions such as your bedroom and make it part of your daily routine.

Energy Healing Techniques:

Energy healing is just another way to use chi energy to bring balance your body’s natural equilibrium on not only the physical dimension but also the soul or psyche level. Within the body, chi energy is stored in the chakras which are like vortexes of energy and the area around them known as your aura. Negative thoughts, emotions, trauma, and even physical violence can cause holes and unharmonious patterns of chi within your aura. This usually results in depression, disease, and if severe enough demonic possession.

To correct this problem the first step is to recognize the problem. Understand you are a spiritual being and not a physical being. What thoughts you project into the universe is returned back to you in your aura through the law of attraction.  Once you realize you have the power to change your DNA blueprint then you can open up the door to healing. The next step is to surrender and release. All of us have made mistakes it is this learning process which brings us soul growth. By letting go of fear and anger and allowing yourself to feel love and give love you are embracing the universal energy frequency of god.  We are all connected through chi energy in a divine universal consciousness energy field. We are all one! “Hear, O Israel:  The LORD our God, the LORD is one! You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.”(Deut. 6:4-5)

Open Eye Meditation:

Open eye meditation helps unlock your multidimensional consciousness allowing you to see into the spirit realm. This involves meditating with eyes open into a blank area. To try this exercise place an object on both the left and right side of your field of vision and focus into a blank area in between these objects. These two objects help occupy your mind by focusing on two different things at the same time. This helps you release worry and discomfort while opening up your third eye.

I have been using the NEO for about 4 months now, And no longer do traditional meditations its more of a mission now, Not only have i helped change timelines i’ve helped stop certain events from happening and have created new events all with my mind the NEO is the beggining, Once you reach a certain level it turns into a type of lookingglass operation.

Growing taller past the age of puberty is possible but you must first allow yourself to adopt the belief system that makes it possible. Part of this process requires you to go back in time to a point in your life where you were still growing and by doing so you can also reverse your aging as your body has to mimic these same conditions. By listening to this meditation everyday as well as eating a healthy diet it is possible to grow atleast ½” tall or more per year.

I really love my IDL60! I want to upgrade sometime in the future to the IDL80 I really want to experience the full power…whenever I can afford it.

I have been doing some of your sessions here on youtube and I can really experiece the effects of this machine! What is so disappointing about it is it only lasts ten minutes or so. ( I know it is free) When I really get into it and really feel the full effects of it it is overrrrr I hate that! If theses sessions was an hour long it would be too AWESOME!!!!!

Do you have any cd’s with these sessions on it that is at least an hour long? If you do not can you make me some and I will be glad to pay for it Please whenever you have the time. Just a few I know it will take forever if you did all the sessions but I will pay for it and gladly.

When I do sessions on my own I cannot remember all so the effects are not that great… with yours I did not want to come out of it!! It was awesome!!!

When you were doing the sesssions you keep saying device increase and I felt it increase I did not say it you did it was great!! It felt too good!! If you cannot do this I understand but you would make a lot of money selling the sessions on cd!! Or make them an hour long on youtube whatever I would love it!!

Hi B that is a great idea to compose longer soundtracks to sell. The problem is the music I choose isn’t my original work so i cant sell it. If I could find a decent musician willing to compose a track for me then I could go for a hour. Sadly most of the free music isn’t so good.   I listen to Kelly Howell – Brain Sync everyday.

Neo Meditations for Beginners

Many people also get frustrated with meditation or simply have no idea where to start. Meditation is meant to be enjoyable and relaxing. According to Father Thomas Keating, “meditation is like sitting down in the lap of G-d and being with the divine or simply that “which is quiet, transcendent and lives in the stillness of our hearts.”

While in the state of meditation our mind may need something to maintain its focus, this is where anchors come into play. They can be something as simple as breathing motions or mantras which are certain words or phrases repeated over and over. This helps still our thoughts and in this “safe place we learn to observe how the mind is working” and “we connect with something that’s eternal and more essential than our worry thoughts, our ruminations and the busyness of the mind.”

Meditation helps us relax so our body can begin to integrate. In over 1,000 published research studies, various methods of meditation have been linked to positive changes in metabolism, blood pressure, brain activation, and other bodily processes due to its stress and pain relieving properties.

Additionally according to a 2007 study by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, nearly 9.4% of U.S. adults had practiced meditation within the past 12 months. So what are you waiting for give it a try!

How do you Meditate?

Find a comfortable location a place that you love, remember this is supposed to give you joy in life. Some young adults have to meditate in their bathroom as it’s the only place they can get privacy. So where ever you may be try to make it a place you can feel comfortable to relax.

Start small, meditation is meant to be a lifestyle choice. The best time to meditate is early in the morning as the internal chatter is lowest at this time. Begin with only 5 minutes a day and slowly work up to 12 minutes. This seems to be the minimum amount needed to get the maximum benefit for the brain.

Begin by adjusting your posture. Sit in a comfortable position and don’t cheat by lying down on your bed.  If you feel a little tense in your body, simply roll your head around from side to side very gently. Now ground yourself by removing your shoes also you may want to visualize roots coming out of your feet going into mother earth. If you still feel tense simply imagine breathing relaxation into those areas. And now you are relaxed. So sit quietly, clear your mind, and allow peace to come into your own heart.

Additionally you can practice this exercise with a neo meditation cube. It is this compressed chi, prana, or life force energy that makes you feel so good while meditating. Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation involves clearing your mind of any thoughts or chatter; there may be a mantra involved. This helps bring focus on relaxation and away from inner ruminations.

If you wish to practice a Vedic meditation mantra during your session we recommend a mantra that trains your breathing motions. Begin by saying “breathing into my body, breathing out release.” And again this time inhale while you say “breathing into my body” and exhale “breathing out release.” This helps to lower the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood, which in turn lowers blood flow in parts of the brain that reduces cognitive activity, helping you to still your mind. Once relaxed you can stop repeating the mantra but if you find yourself drifting into thought patterns, just repeat it again.

There are also sacred mantras which are derived from a sacred name of the divine such as “Our Father, Abba, Dear God,” or depending on your religious background, “Om, Amen, or Shalom.” According to research by Kenneth Pargament at Bowling University, a sacred mantra seems to be more effective than a secular one for pain tolerance. So if your goal is to reduce pain go with the divine names.

Energy Healing Techniques

“In energy healing, energy is medicine, and we use our own bodies, our energy and universal energy to effect change.”

The more chi energy we project into what we want to manifest the faster it will occur. In order to increase your chi and use it to enhance your health, it is necessary to go into an expanded state of consciousness. Visualize yourself at the seashore watching the waves. Or see yourself in a pool or healing waters which remove the toxins and pain in your body. You can also try reiki symbols or visualize sacred geometry shapes such as a spinning tesseract representing the 5th dimensional variation of the merkaba.
